Cancellation Policy
Please review policies from website as permanent makeup policies are different than jewelry appointments.
BOOKING POLICY- In order to book a reserved time, a booking fee is required to make an appointment. The booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your services, due on the day of your appointment.
CANCELATION POLICY: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. With a 48 hour notice, the deposit will be refunded or apply to reschedule appointment.
If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and will act as a booking fee, and an additional 25% will be charged.
NO SHOW POLICY- The deposit will be forfeited, as a no-show fee.
